The rules of OPERA HOME are established to guarantee to everyone a peaceful and ordery use of the structure.
It is a contract between OPERA HOME and the GUEST, therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of this request, implies the total consent of the Regulation. Each guest undertakes to observe the mentioned rules, as well as the rules established to ensure the safaty of management and public order.
Identification documents are mandatory for all customers, adults and children for the check in and fot the overnight stays; other temporary guests, subject to the authorization by the management, must give an identify document for the registration and can not remain after 11 p.m.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO PEOPLE, THAT ARE NOT REGULATED BY AUTHORIZED STAFF, TO STAY IN THE ROOM.
Customers, who have booked through agencies, tour operators or websites, must give the booking document/voucher.
The selection and designation of the room are at the discretion of the management.
Check -in is from 2.30 p.m to 8.30 p.m ( if late, customers have to pay an extra charge of 20 euro per room), and in case of arrival before the scheduled time, and if the room is ready and available, we are happy to give you the room's keys, otherwise, you can take advantage of a luggage deposit. On the last day, chech out is before 10.30 a.m.
Check -out is before 10.30 a.m., and you have to give back the room's keys at the reception to the staff that provide to the monitoring of the room ( to avoid discussions, please, give notice of any breakages).
Opera Home offers a free luggage storage service up to your depature time.
Check-Out time Delay:
It must be requested at the reception on the check-out day. Payments for extra hours may be required.
Minors must be accompanied by parents. No weapons, no drugs, no alcohol drinks. All rooms are no-smoking but there are a huge smoking area. You can request a double bed or if you want two single beds. The customers who, for improper use, or neglicence will damage the B&b, its equipment or objects, will pay the amount necessary for repairs, replacement and cleaning. For the ascertained subtractions, we will proceed according to the law. All charges, in case of customers default, will be applied directly, using the credit card details provided by the customer at the booking time.
The management is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events or the loss of objects and/or guest values ( each guest is obliged to take care of the custody of the objects or to request safe custody to the reception staff).
Opera Home has various services designed for the comfort of the guests. We request to use the services and the equipment offered with care; if they are used improperly, dirtied or damaged negligently, it is necessary to pay for the damages caused. The cost of any damaged items or the absence of them occurred after the stay, will be charged to the customer. Each guest must maintain an appropriate behaviour so as not to disturb the other customers. Any activity, that may compromise the safety and the quiet of the guests is forbidden. The room keys must be given back at the departure time. For the failure or damage of room keys, customer will pay a fee as a compensation of 20 euro.
Small and medium-size pets will be accepted only on request, however, in the event of failure to comply with the normal rules of cleaning or damage caused by the animal, Opera Home reserves the right to established a compensation equal to the cost necessary to pay the cleaning and/or repair. The owner is responsable for the welfare of the animal and also responds to any complaints, damages or injuries to peolpe and /or things.
